True Laws of Health Are Logical and Simple
You need oxygen in your cells.
You need healthy fuel — uncooked, unprocessed fat and complex carbohydrates. You need to mostly avoid unhealthfuel, damaged fats and simple carbs and sugar.
You need numerous types of antioxidants to quench or cool the “burning” byproducts of making energy from oxygen and fuel.
You need to replace the water you lose each day.
You need a large variety of nutrients for numerous processes of life and to repair your cells as they continously die and replicate.
You need a 12 to 14 hour fasting period of time each day.
You need sufficient hours of sleep each day for your body to repair and reset itself.
You need to work your body’s muscles, bones, tendons, heart and lungs regularly.
You need to avoid substances and energies that damage your body.
You need to partake of “good energy” often.
If you live according to the laws of health your chances of being healthy are far greater than if you don’t.
